     Deborah Evers is the director of the OSU Educational Talent Search program.  She began in the fall of 2002 as a Coordinator when the grant was initially funded.  Deborah has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education and a Master of Science degree in Education with an emphasis on Literacy.  She is certified to teach K-12 and is a certified Reading Specialist in both Oklahoma and California. 

     Deborah has been married almost 25 years and has two sons.  She and her family moved to Stillwater from Northern California in January, 2002.  Deborah is an avid reader and loves to swim.  She is also very involved with TRiO programs on the state and regional level.  Deborah is passionate about educational opportunity for everyone and is honored to be working with the amazing team in the OSU-ETS program.

Scott Cady, M.S.

High School Coordinator

     Scott Cady is the High School Coordinator for the OSU Educational Talent Search program. He began working with this program in the summer of 2003 and has thoroughly enjoyed working with all of the students, families, and school personnel since that time. Although originally from Laverne, OK, Scott currently resides in Stillwater where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Education and his Master of Science degree in Community Counseling at Oklahoma State University.  

Justin Morris, B.S.

     Justin Morris is the Middle School Coordinator for the OSU Educational Talent Search program and has held this position since January of 2005. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University. Justin's interests are many and varied, but he especially enjoys spending time with the students and watching them succeed. Justin was born and raised in Stillwater, where he currently resides with his wife, Shelby, and daughter, Kylie.
